Early Life of Pierre Curie
Pierre Curie was born fourth in a family of three. His father was a medical doctor and his mother was unemployed. Him and his brother were home schooled by his parents and older brother. This allowed Pierre Curie to live comfortably and happily for his early childhood. During his adolescence, he became fascinated with mathematics and sciences. At age sixteen, he earned a bachelor's degree and , at age eighteen, a licentiate in physics. At age nineteen, he had to drop out of university in order to hold down a job. He ended up being a demonstrator in the physics laboratory in the University of Paris.
